Call forwarding must be setup with your wireless provider and instructions vary by provider and device. However, please note that call forwarding is a service provided by your wireless provider and you may be faced with issues that we cannot fully troubleshoot on your behalf. Unfortunately, we do not have call forwarding setup instructions on hand for your wireless carrier. Please try contacting your wireless carrier and ask if they offer automatic call forwarding for your account.
If I set up automatic call forwarding, will I still receive text messages?
Yes. Automatic call forwarding does not apply to text messages so you will continue to receive texts to your regular cell phone number as usual.
