InnoCaption is working hard to make calls more accessible, and we now have a feature called Text-to-Speech. This feature allows you to convert text into speech with natural sounding human voices. Text-to-Speech was developed to assist our users who have difficulty being understood by automated systems. Using this feature, our users can type short prompts such as, "Yes" or "Representative," to navigate these systems with greater ease. Our newly released Text-to-Speech feature is available on the app and DeskView.
