In order to make calls on DeskView, you must allow for microphone permissions. If you are having trouble accessing your input device (i.e., microphone), please refer to the instructions and graphics below.
To allow microphone permissions on DeskView
- Launch the DeskView portal from your computer by clicking the link here
Note: Consider bookmarking this page on your internet browser for easy access later - Login and click START DESKVIEW — you will see a blue pop-up window appear
- When the "No Input Device!" pop-up shows, click OK
- Click the microphone icon (if you're using a Windows computer- the video camera icon) at the top right corner of the DeskView window
- Click Always allow https://account.innocaption.com to access your microphone
- Click Done
