If your carrier is Boost Mobile, Choice Wireless, Gen Mobile, Nex-Tech Wireless, Sprint, US Cellular, or Virgin Mobile, please follow the instructions to setup or cancel call forwarding.
To setup call forwarding
- From your phone’s home screen, select the phone app (not the InnoCaption app)
- Enter *72 followed by your 10-digit InnoCaption number
- Press the call button, wait for the confirmation message (or 10 seconds), and tap the end call button
- Test if call forwarding was setup properly. Call your regular phone number from a different phone. You should see the incoming call come through the InnoCaption app. Captions should appear once you answer the call.
To cancel call forwarding
- From your phone’s home screen, select the phone app (not the InnoCaption app)
- Enter *720
- Press the call button, wait for the confirmation tone (or 10 seconds), and tap the end call button
