If your carrier is Consumer Cellular, Cricket Wireless, QLink Wireless, or Simple Mobile please follow the instructions to setup or cancel call forwarding.
To setup call forwarding for iPhone
- From your phone’s home screen, select the Settings app
- Select Phone
- Select Call Forwarding
- Tap Call Forwarding toggle ON (it will turn GREEN)
- Tap Forward To
- Enter your 10-digit InnoCaption number
- Test if call forwarding was setup properly. Call your regular phone number from a different phone. You should see the incoming call come through the InnoCaption app. Captions should appear once you answer the call.
To cancel call forwarding for iPhone
- From your phone’s home screen, select the Settings app
- Select Phone
- Select Call Forwarding
- Tap Call Forwarding toggle OFF (it will turn GRAY)
- Call forwarding should be cancelled. If you run into any technical issues, please contact us at: support@innocaption.com
To setup call forwarding for Android
- From your phone’s home screen, select the phone app (not the InnoCaption app)
- Tap the icon with three vertical dots
- Select Settings
- Select Supplementary services
- Select Call forwarding
- Select Always forwarding
- Enter your 10-digit InnoCaption number
- Tap Turn on
- Test if call forwarding was setup properly. Call your regular phone number from a different phone. You should see the incoming call come through the InnoCaption app. Captions should appear once you answer the call.
To cancel call forwarding for Android
- From your phone’s home screen, select the phone app (not the InnoCaption app)
- Tap the icon with three vertical dots
- Select Settings
- Select Supplementary services
- Select Call forwarding
- Select Always forwarding
- Tap Turn off
